Description

The Anywhere Resistance Fitness Set is a complete home and travel workout kit that goes wherever you do. Three 2 metre TPE resistance bands in different strengths cover a wide range of exercises and fitness levels, from light activation work to serious strength training. Yellow offers 2.5 to 7kg of resistance, Red steps it up to 7 to 16kg, and Black takes it to 11 to 29kg. Two foam padded handles attach to the bands via steel snap hooks for a comfortable, secure grip, and the door anchor means you can set up a full workout from virtually any room. An instruction and exercise workout guide is included so you can get started straight away. Everything packs neatly into a 140gsm calico drawstring bag for easy storage and travel.
